Vintage Woods Burslem Norbury Hand Painted Plate

Okay so this plate is not in perfect condition, but the high contrast hand painted embellishments on the design and serious spooky season vibes were too good to pass up!  Some crazing and staining but no major cracks or chips.  Can't you just picture a little decorative squash arrangement on this?  Or, lets be real, maybe it should just be covered in a mountain of Hallowe'en candy?
